The basic agreement is that a meditative practice aides in improving health, relieving stress, achieving clearer thinking and inspiring creativity.
There are many approaches to meditation. Practitioners find the methods that work for them and then build their practice to support their life path. Devi has studied meditation since 1985, learning from her mentors and guides the numerous methods she now shares. From 2002 to 2017, she taught meditation techniques.
